Our products include industrial cameras, smart code readers, and 3D laser profilers, enabling smarter decision-making across industries.We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Manager to lead the strategic development and lifecycle management of our innovative product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Lifecycle Management

Define the product roadmap in alignment with market needs, company goals, and technological advancements.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept development and market launch to product phase-out.

Identify market opportunities and define product requirements through customer feedback, competitor analysis, and market research.

• Market and Customer Engagement

Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights from end-users, partners, and sales teams.
Develop a deep understanding of customer applications for industrial cameras, smart code readers, and 3D laser profilers.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams

Partner with R&D and engineering teams to define product specifications and prioritize development efforts.
Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and quality standards.

Support technical teams in conducting feasibility studies and providing solutions to customer challenges.

• Sales Enablement and Support

Provide training and tools to sales teams to effectively promote and sell the product portfolio.
Create and maintain product documentation, including datasheets, user manuals, and FAQs.
Serve as a subject matter expert during key customer interactions and events.
Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor key performance metrics for products and implement strategies to drive profitability and market share.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product offerings.

• Educational Background

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional Experience

3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the machine vision, industrial automation, or related industry.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience with industrial cameras, vision systems, or similar technical products is highly desirable.

• Skills and Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market needs and technical feasibility.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
