Programmable Pattern Light Source(OPT-PCP Series)
Introduction
Series Features
Principle: Using stripes with a certain periodicity, light is projected onto the object to be measured, causing diffuse reflection on the surface of the object, showing the sensitivity of the mirror reflection characteristics, which is also called light deflection.
- Generate binary fringes, cosine fringes, or other patterns for optical projection phase measurement, alternating horizontally and vertically.
- Freely adjust parameters such as stripe width, image offset step, number of cycles, phase shift, etc. to quickly achieve N-frame image offset.
- Customize stripe colors and display sequences to achieve automated execution processes and single-step debugging.
- The stripe light source adopts a process pre-storage design, which can effectively reduce the communication command transmission time, greatly improve the control efficiency, and has excellent synchronization performance.
